The Balancing Act

Kathy was the best in our company at what she did.
Kathy was the best in our company at what she did. She was a female leader in a predominantly male operations environment, which I’m sure presented many challenges for her. That said, Kathy approached her job with a perfect blend of sensitivity and toughness which enabled her to endear herself to internal and external clients.

Kathy’s passion has always been, and continues to be, about helping people. She has always gotten the most satisfaction from helping a client solve a problem, coaching an employee to be better or simply being present for a fellow employee (or friend) who was struggling. Kathy also thrives on being challenged. She refuses to coast through life without a specific purpose and any organization, or individual, would be lucky to have her involved in their business.
